We work hard to describe our products accurately, including colours, dimensions, and materials. Screens vary, so actual colour may differ slightly from the images shown. Dimensions are approximate and may vary by a small tolerance.

Our products are pet accessories and grooming tools. They are not veterinary or medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If your pet is unwell, please consult a veterinarian.

4. Safe use

Toys and grooming tools should be used under supervision. Inspect items regularly and stop using anything that becomes damaged or worn, as loose parts can be a choking hazard. Choose sizes appropriate to your pet.

5. Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We may change prices, or modify or discontinue any product, at any time without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or described in error. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

6. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Payment is taken at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details; payments are handled by our payment provider.

7. Discounts and promotions

Automatic discounts and promotional offers apply as described on the site at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined with each other and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Where more than one automatic discount could apply to your cart, the one most favourable to you is applied.
