When it arrives
The bed is vacuum-sealed for shipping. Unpack it and leave it 24–48 hours to recover its full shape before deciding it's the wrong size — it expands considerably.
Care
Wash the inner cushion separately, by machine or hand, in cold water.

Free shipping on every order. No minimum spend.
Processing: 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm or at a weekend start processing the next business day.
Delivery: estimated up to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the product. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs and peak seasons can add time.
Tracking: emailed once your order ships. It can take 2–5 business days for the first scan to appear, which is normal.
Multiple items may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost, each with its own tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
30 days to change your mind. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — you won't need to ship it back.
Exchanges: email us and we'll arrange the swap. If the replacement costs more we'll send a payment link for the difference; if it costs less, we refund it.
Changed your mind? Return shipping is yours to cover. Use a tracked service — we can't refund a return that never arrives.
Hygiene: used grooming tools can't be returned unless faulty.
