Safety
No plush toy is indestructible. Supervise play, check the seams regularly, and retire the toy once the fabric tears — loose stuffing and squeakers are a choking hazard.

Returns & Exchanges
30 days to change your mind. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — you won't need to ship it back.
Exchanges: email us and we'll arrange the swap. If the replacement costs more we'll send a payment link for the difference; if it costs less, we refund it.
Changed your mind? Return shipping is yours to cover. Use a tracked service — we can't refund a return that never arrives.
Hygiene: used grooming tools can't be returned unless faulty.
